CNMI Governor Arnold Palacios sent a letter to John Armor, NOAA Office of National Marine Sanctuaries following up on the previous administration’s request for the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS) to remove the Mariana Trench nomination from the sanctuary inventory list.
