ACTION:
Notice of agency decision.

SUMMARY:
NMFS announces approval of a Marine Conservation Plan (MCP) for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

DATES:
This agency decision is effective from August 4, 2023, through August 3, 2026.
