The Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council provided comments to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in response to the proposed coral critical habitat designation under the Endangered Species Act, requesting that NMFS hold public hearings for American Samoa, CNMI, and Guam, and to extend the comment period for 60 days.
