The Mariana Archipelago FEP, which includes fishery management measures for Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), was approved in 2009 and codified in 2010.

The Council adopted a living document approach to organizing the Mariana Archipelago FEP at its October 2015 meeting, and adopted revised goals and objectives for the Mariana Archipelago FEP at its March 2016 meeting. This amendment is currently under development.
